Who is The Lexington Group?

The Lexington Group is an independent EAP company, whose
only line of business is the provision of employee assistance
program services to public and private organizations. It
was founded in 1989 and has achieved steady growth ever
since.
Besides the larger corporate clients, The Lexington
Group provides EAP services to law firms, banks, private
schools and universities. We also serve State and Municipical
Government Agencies, publicly supported agencies, private
businesses, cities and towns. The Lexington Group has both
the experience and resources to service the diverse needs
of its customers.

The Lexington Group operates its programs under the
commonly accepted ethical standards of the Employee Assistance
Professionals Association (EAPA).
All Lexington administrators are experienced professionals with extensive
backgrounds in psychology, marriage and family therapy,
substance abuse, social work and business. Individuals
are selected not only for their expertise, but also for
their special qualities of sensitivity and understanding
necessary in helping people and business organizations deal
with personal problems.

Nicole
Parsons,
President and Chief Executive Officer
|
After receiving her degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Ms.
Parsons completed an internship with the Maryland Department
of Social Services where she remained as a Case Manager
and State Advocate for children at risk. Prior to joining
The Lexington Group in February 1999, she served as the
Program Director for an intensive alcohol/drug outpatient
treatment center in Baltimore, MD. In her elected position Ms. Parsons serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Board President. She is directly responsible for the overall leadership of The
Lexington Group.

James
Lincoln Vincent,
CEAP, CADC, Vice President of Clinical Services
|
Mr. Vincent is responsible for case management, critical
incident stress management and Substance Abuse Professional
(SAP) services. Mr. Vincent is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug
Counselor in Connecticut, a National Certified Drug Addiction
and Alcohol Counselor (NCADC), an International Certified
Alcohol and Drug Counselor, a Certified Employee Assistance
Professional, a Certified Clinical Supervisor, and a certified
Critical Incident Stress Debriefer. He received his degree
in Social Work from the Southern Connecticut State University.
Mr. Vincent has been in the mental health and addictions
fields for the last seventeen years. His professional career
has included extensive Employee Assistance Program experience,
the delivery of direct clinical services, and extensive
clinical work in addictions. Mr. Vincent is a member of
the National Association of Social Workers, the Connecticut
Education Legislative Alert Network (ELAN), the Connecticut
Federation of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors, the
National Association Alcohol Drug Addiction Counsel and
the International Certification Reciprocal Counsel.

James M. Ferrelli,
Director Emeritus of Business Development
|
Mr. Ferrelli is responsible for advising the company on marketing and strategic business development activities. He has a diversified 35-year management background and has served on the Lexington Group Board of Directors since 1989. He received degrees in Social Work from the American University in Washington D.C. and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York. He is an active member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association.

|
All clinicians have earned at least a Masters Degree
in psychology or the social sciences, are licensed, and
are capable of handling the broadest spectrum of personal
problems. These include substance abuse, stress related
disorders, marital and family conflicts, depression, anxiety,
grief and other emotional situations.
The Lexington Group is responsive to the diversity of
the employees that it serves. Our network is likewise diversified,
in terms of gender, race and ethnic backgrounds. Specialists
are available when needed, namely substance abuse professionals
(SAPs), adolescent or geriatric specialists, bilingual counselors
and those adept at sign language.
Evening and Saturday appointments are routinely available
and The Lexington Group is accustomed to coordinating with
the insurance carriers of its clients.
