Program Meetings with Management
Each customer has its own account manager. Your account manager will be the primary representative who will work
closely with designated representatives. An account manager adds value to the relationship between your company and The Lexington Group, Inc. in several ways. Your account
manager will concentrate on keeping EAP services current and in-step with the prevailing culture and responding to change as it occurs. As a business person, your account
manager will oversee the operational pieces of the EAP, such as education and training, quality assurance, data management and reporting and internal promotion. Your account
manager will periodically meet with designated representatives and review program policy, activity, data and trends and make modifications, if necessary.
Quarterly Utilization Reports
Program activity reports are useful in evaluating the performance of the EAP.
These reports are intended to provide an awareness of the EAP utilization, not to identify individual clients. Only non-identifying demographic information is provided. The
reports, generated quarterly, will reflect problem categories, demographics and EAP response.
